• Matthew Elks, 41, of Hickory Hill Road, Nicholasville, was charged with second-degree burglary (two counts), first-degree wanton endangerment and theft of mail matter.

Charged

• Charles Hall, 32, of East Maple Street, Nicholasville, was served a warrant Feb. 2 for second-degree assault.

• Morgan Staton, 47, of Central City, was charged Feb. 2 with second-degree criminal trespassing.

• Raymond L. Gardner, 52, of Lexington, was charged Feb. 2 with theft by unlawful taking and second-degree fleeing or evading police.

• Dallas J. Abshear, 46, of Richmond, was charged Feb. 4 with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, third-degree possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence (third offense).

• Johnny Masters, 41, of Gayles Lane, Nicholasville, was charged Feb. 4 with driving under the influence, second-degree wanton endangerment, violation of conditions of release and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

• Sheliah Davidson, 40, of Danville, was charged Feb. 5 with driving under the influence, second-degree possession of a controlled substance and third-degree possession of a controlled substance.

• David Eugene Cole, 43, of Alta Avenue, Nicholasville, was charged Feb. 5 with driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license, driving under the influence (third offense) and failure to register transfer of motor vehicle.

• Jason W. Graham, 47, of East Brown Street, Nicholasville, was served a warrant Feb. 6 with first-degree sodomy, fourth-degree assault and first-degree strangulation.

• Lisa Richardson, 42, of Orange Blossom Drive, Nicholasville, was served a warrant Feb. 6 for theft by unlawful taking over $500. She was also arrested for first-degree promoting contraband.

• Gregg Austin Steward, 31, of Glennbrook Court, Nicholasville, was served a warrant Feb. 6 for theft by unlawful taking over $500. He was also arrested for first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

• Jonathan Graham, 34, of Lake View Drive, Nicholasville, was charged Feb. 6 with fourth-degree assault.

• Christian N. Walker, 28, of Lancaster, was charged Feb. 6 with driving under the influence and possession of marijuana.

• Steven C. Kochis, 25, of Lexington, was charged Feb. 6 with reckless driving, failure to maintain insurance, no registration plate, driving on a suspended operator’s license and driving under the influence (second offense).

• Ronald Eades, 47, no address given, was charged Feb. 6 with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, operating a non-motor vehicle under the influence, resisting arrest and first-degree fleeing or evading police.

• Carl W. Houp, 47, of Rebel Road, Nicholasville, was charged Feb. 7 with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and third-degree possession of a controlled substance. He was also served a Fayette County warrant for failure to appear.

• Lacey Nichole Reynolds, 26, of Beaumont Road, Nicholasville, was charged Feb. 7 with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts) and possession of marijuana.
