Ellen Faye Cooley Loy, 78

Ellen Faye Cooley Loy, 78, wife of Kerry Allen Loy, passed away Sunday, March 7, 2021.

She was born on November 27, 1942 to the late John V. and Iva Lucille Johnson Carpenter. Ellen Faye worked in sales at BFI and CSC Waste Systems, and was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church.

She is survived by her children, Lisa Kaye Cooley Goldey, Laura Jon Cooley-Littlefield (Derek), Iva Sunshine Cooley-Stinnett (Randy), Daniel Scott Loy (Jami), Matthew Allen Loy, three grandchildren, Layne Ellen Schreiner (Coy), Spencer Morgan Riley, and Hayden Reece Stinnett, brother, John V. Carpenter Jr and sister, Patricia Gaye Marcum (Mike), and numerous other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Walter Cooley.

Services will be 1:00 PM, Thursday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Pastor Dan Barnes officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4-8:00 PM at the funeral home. Interment will be in Maple Grove Cemetery.

Bearers will be Derek Littlefield, Coy Schreiner, Randy Stinnett, Robert Riley, Mark Brown, and Brandon Dunstan.
