– Camille Thornton, 36, of 120 Wichita Dr. in Nicholasville was arrested on Sept. 19, 2017, and charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting under $500.

– Barry D. Holland, 33, of 115 Southview Dr. #29 in Nicholasville was arrested on Sept. 19, 2017, and charged with contempt of court libel/slander resistance to order.

– David Harris, 36, of 277 Sherman Ave. in Lexington was arrested on Sept. 19, 2017, and charged with failure to appear.

– Amanda J. Adams, 37, of 2022 Hickory Hill Dr. in Nicholasville was arrested on Sept. 19, 2017, and charged with non-payment of fines.

– William C. Mays, 28, of 515 Foxwood Dr. in Nicholasville was arrested on Sept. 20, 2017, and charged with fleeing or evading police in the second degree (on foot), menacing, resisting arrest, bail jumping, persistent felony offender I and contempt of court libel/slander resistance to order.

New Haven Rd. in Lancaster was arrested on Sept. 23, 2017, and charged with failure to appear, leaving the scene of an accident-failure to render aid or assistance, improper registration plate, no registration plates and operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license.

– John J. Owens, 37, address unknown, was arrested on Sept. 23, 2017, and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree and fleeing or evading police in the second degree (on foot).

– Eugene Walker, 57, of 309 Rebel Rd. in Nicholasville was arrested on Sept. 23, 2017, and charged with assault in the fourth degree (domestic violence) minor injury.

– Lucio Garcia, 23, of 704 Beauford Pl. #B in Nicholasville was arrested on Sept. 23, 2017, and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place first and second offense and resisting arrest.

– Erik B. Wahlin, 35, of 226 Christopher Dr. in Nicholasville was arrested on Sept. 23, 2017, and charged with speeding 21 mph over the limit, reckless driving and no rear view mirror.

Ison, 53, of 204 Stable Way in Nicholasville was arrested on Sept. 24, 2017, and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc. .08 first offense, failure to dim headlights and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle prohibited.

– David A. Smith, 47, of 201 N. 2nd Dr. in Nicholasville was arrested on Sept. 25, 2017, and charged with non-payment of fines and failure to appear.

– Jamie McAlipin, 38, of 727 Della Dr. in Lexington was arrested on Sept. 17, 2017, and charged with assault in the fourth degree minor injury and wanton endangerment in the first degree.

– James L. Vance, 36, of 734 Della Dr. in Lexington was arrested on Sept. 17, 2017, and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs in the first degree.

– Joseph W. Hager, 28, of 26 McDowell Dr. in Nicholasville was arrested on Sept. 19, 2017, and charged with assault in the second degree, two counts of failure to pay and flagrant non-support.

– Jessica Fritts, 27, at the Jessamine County Detention Center was arrested on Sept. 20, 2017, and charged with possession of a controlled substance in the first degree first offense (heroin).

– Tony Cravens, 60, at the Jessamine County Detention Center was arrested on Sept. 20, 2017, and charged with wanton endangerment in the first degree.

– Robert R. Hicks, 41, of 3369 Union Mill Rd. in Nicholasville was arrested on Sept. 20, 2017, and charged with two counts of receiving stolen property under $500, two counts of theft by deception including cold checks and failure to appear.
