April 16

Anthony S .Massingill, 40 – Operating motor vehicle under the influence, failure of owner/operator to maintain required insurance, and failure to illuminate headlamps.

April 17

Jerry Myer Carrier – Probation violation for a felony offense.

April 18

Gene M. Higgins – Assault 4th-degree and failure to appear in court.

Joshua E. Snow – Failure to appear in court, possession of controlled substance 1st-degree drug unspecified, possession of controlled substance 1st-degree 1st offense (Methamphetamine), purchase or possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of Marijuana. 

Bryan A. Davis – Burglary 3rd-degree and possession of burglary tools.

April 19

Kori L. Brito – Failure to appear in court.

William S. Hogue – Public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol). 

April 20

Kelly S. Wooten – Failure to appear in court.

Daniel Michael Lovings – Non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines.

Kevin N. Watts – Resisting arrest, probation violation, promoting contraband 1st-degree, possession of Methamphetamine and Heroin, and disorderly conduct 2nd-degree.

Michael Sigala – Theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting.

Joanne D. Finney– Theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting.

Jojo Patton – Theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting.

Donald C. Rogers – Violation of a Kentucky Emergency Protective Order/Domestic Violence Order. 

April 21 

Sheila Ann Devore – Theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting. 

Rakaila A. Coleman – Theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting.

Bobbi R. Sargent – Theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting.
