Judge Executive David West accepted a check in the amount of $2,720 at last Tuesday’s Fiscal Court meeting intended for the publication of a booklet detailing the usage and value of horses and mules at Camp Nelson during its existence from 1863 to 1866. The funds were made available by a portion of the sales of the book titled “Wild Wolf: The Great Civil War Rivalry,” written by Ronald Wolford Blair.
