The Jessamine County Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting at Chicken Salad Chick, located at 254 East Brannon Road, earlier this month. The restaurant is open 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday.  The menu is centered around 12 different varieties of homemade chicken salad. General manager Anthony Baucom said being closed on Sunday reflects other stores’ schedules in the area, allowing managers and crew members to spend time with their families or attend worship.
