Bob Sellers in Concert at Sonlight Fellowship

Sonlight Fellowship Church of God announced it will host Bob Sellers in concert at 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 27. The church is located at 216 E. Oak St. A fellowship meal will be held at 5 p.m. For more information call Iris Lafferty at 885-3268.

Harvest Festival at Mt. Freedom Baptist Church in Wilmore

Mt. Freedom Baptist Church, located at 100 S. Lexington Ave. in Wilmore will host a Harvest Festival from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday Oct. 24. There will be a chili contest, men’s dessert contest and trunk-or-treat for the children.  For more information, contact the church office at 858-3422. 

Wilmore Presbyterian Church cook-off

Wilmore Presbyterian Church, located at 100 N. Lexington Ave. will host its second annual chili cook-off from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday. The cost is $7 per person and includes a sampling of each chili, a bowl of your favorite chili, crackers/bread and drink. Free meal at Saint Aidan’s 

Saint Aidan’s Anglican Church invites the community to a free meal every Wednesday night at 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. St. Aidan’s is located at 926 S. Bethel Harvest Church food distribution

Bethel Harvest Church, located at 3260 Lexington Road, will host a food distribution every Thursday from 6:15 to 7:15 p.m. The event is free to all Jessamine County residents who present a county ID.
