March 4

• Arlene R. Rector, 68 – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
• Christopher James Capers, 32 – Careless driving, trafficking in a controlled substance 2nd-degree 1st offense, possession of marijuana, and purchase or possession of drug paraphernalia. 
• Paul H. Boyd, 45 – Burglary 3rd-degree.
• Nelson W. Stinnett, 38 – Failure to appear in court and non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines.

 

March 5

• Calverta Ann Cornett, 56 – Burglary 3rd-degree, Prescription substance not properly contained 1st offense.
• Clinton J. Ratliff, 47 – Disregarding traffic light, and operating on a suspended or revoked license. 
• Joshua Thomas Scarbrough, 37 – Contempt of court libel/slander resistance to order.

 

March 6

• John F. Hayhurst, 64 – No tail lamps, no operators-moped license, and operating motor vehicle under the influence.
• Shorty Ray Nelson, 33 – Violation of a Kentucky Emergency Protection Order/Domestic Violence Order.
• Peggy Sue Lockard, 54 – Reckless driving. 
• William Dean Weigle III, 27 – Criminal mischief 1st-degree, and leaving scene of accident-failure to render aid or assistance. 

 

March 7

• Shannon A. Jarrell, 41 – Disorderly conduct 2nd-degree, and public intoxication of controlled substance (excludes alcohol).
• Luis Enrique Galicia, 28 – No registration plates, trafficking in marijuana 1st offense.
• Jason Alan Senn, 44 – Failure to appear in court.
• Joseph Bryan Brewster, 47 – Flagrant non-support.

 

March 8

• Velente Stone – Strangulation 1st-degree, and assault 4th-degree (Domestic Violence) minor injury. 

 

March 9

• Sergey Maksim – Operating on a suspended or revoked license, failure or owner/operator to maintain required insurance 1st offense, no registration plates, non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, and possession or marijuana.
• Timothy E, Royalty – Failure to appear in court.
• Daniel C. McCullough – One headlight, no tail lamps, no rear view mirror, and license to be in possession.
• Mark Travis Hill – Failure to appear in court.
• Alex M. Mannequin – Criminal trespassing 1st-degree, and prescription controlled substance not properly contained. 

 

March 10

• Atanas R. Sirakov – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, reckless driving, disregarding traffic light, and no tail lamps.
• Matthew A. Lechleiter – Alcohol intoxication in a public place 1st and 2nd offense. 
• Justin D. Myers – Theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting.
• George R. Stokley – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence 1st offense, possession or marijuana, purchase or possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of open alcohol containers in a motor vehicle. 

 

March 11

• Sebastian Messiah Middleton – Failure to appear in court.
