• Anthony Lee McGraw, 49 – Failure to appear in court.
• Brendan Castle, 27 – Non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines.
• Toni W Auletta, 47 – Non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines. 
• Tiffany Abney, 37 – Non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines. 

Feb. 18

• Jessica Burton, 29 – Unauthorized use of motor vehicle 1st offense. 
• Johnny W Brooks, 27 – Failure to appear in court.

Feb. 19 

• Weslie A Eastveld, 56 – Failure to appear in court.
• Cassidy Teater, 39 – Failure to appear in court. 
• Elliott T Curry, 37 – Failure to appear in court.

Feb. 20 

• Jonathan K Cooper, 40 – Possession of controlled substance 1st-degree 1st offense (Heroin), and possession of open alcohol container in motor vehicle. 

Feb. 21

• Melissa Gail Flora – Non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines.
• Shawn D Kiefel – Violation of a Kentucky Emergency Protective Order/ Domestic Violence Order.
• Austin L Nolen – Theft by Unlawful Taking or Shoplifting. 
• Pearlie Baker – Contempt of court, libel/slander resistance to order. 

Feb. 22

• Caleb J Wray, 29 – Assault, 4th-degree (Domestic Violence) minor injury, and violation of conditions of release.
• Angela Katherine Mulcahy, 41 – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence, no registration plates, possession or purchase of drug paraphernalia. 

Feb. 26 

• Jonathan Allen Gray – Resisting arrest, menacing, terroristic threatening 3rd-degree. 
• Steven Baber – Fugitive from another state.
