Thursday, Dec. 28

• Haley L. Short was arrested at 1:27 a.m. on Wichita Drive for four charges, including speeding 18 miles per hour over the limit, failure of non-owner/operator to maintain required insurance, no registration plates, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

• Randy Adkins was arrested at 2:38 a.m. on N 2nd Street for two charges, including tampering with physical evidence and criminal littering.

• Urbano Joel Juanes was arrested at 11:36 a.m. at US 27 and Industrial Parkway for four charges, including trafficking in Marijuana (less than 8 ounces), no registration plates, operating on a suspended or revoked license, and failure of owner/operator to maintain required insurance.

• Clint G. Collins was arrested at 4:44 p.m. at North Central for two charges, including theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting and probation violation (for felony offense).

• Mickey T. Humphrey was arrested at 11 p.m. on E Maple Street for violation of a Kentucky Domestic Violence Order/Emergency Protection Order.

Friday, Dec. 29

• Jonna K. Gifford was arrested at 9:30 a.m. on Edgewood Drive for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines.

• Kara E. Miller was arrested at 2:35 p.m. on Stratton Avenue for five charges, including failure to appear in court, criminal trespassing 1st-degree, possession of a controlled substance 1st-degree, 1st offense (Methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance 1st-degree, 1st offense (unspecified drug), and possession or purchase of drug paraphernalia.

• Timothy W. Gill was arrested at 3 p.m. on Stratton Avenue for theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting.

• Curtis L. Powers was arrested at 9:15 p.m. on North Main Street and John Sutherland Drive for two charges, including failure to appear in court and non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines.

Saturday, Dec. 30

• Skylar B. Simpson was arrested at 10:32 p.m. on South Main Street for two charges, including rear license plate not illuminated and violation of a Kentucky Domestic Violence Order/Emergency Protection Order.

Sunday, Dec. 31

• Yuriy Yeryevich Karnaukhov was arrested at 2:38 a.m. on East Chestnut and South Central Avenue for two charges, including operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 1st offense, and possession of an open alcohol container in a motor vehicle.

Monday, Jan. 1

• Elliot T. Curry was arrested at 3:45 a.m. at Lowell Court for alcohol intoxication in a public place, 1st and 2nd offense.

• Alexa Ann Bell was arrested at 3:46 a.m. on Garden Park Drive for alcohol intoxication in a public place, 1st and 2nd offense.

• Brandon T. South was arrested at 8:23 a.m. on Platt Drive for assault, 4th degree (domestic violence), no visible injury.

Wednesday, Jan. 3

• Chase Stigler was arrested at 11:30 p.m. at Keene Centre Drive for public intoxication in a public place (excludes alcohol).

Thursday, Jan. 4

• Chrissy L. Ashford was arrested at 7:30 p.m. at US 27 and North Plaza Drive for four charges, including no registration plates, operating on suspended or revoked license, possession of controlled substance 1st-degree, 1st offense (Cocaine), and promoting contraband, 1st-degree.

Friday, Jan. 5

• Michael L. Shipp was arrested at 7:48 a.m. on Imperial Point for assault, 4th-degree (domestic violence) minor injury.

• Zachary R. Halcomb was arrested at 8:15 a.m. on Lexington Road for two charges, including terroristic threatening, 3rd-degree, and menacing.

• Stephanie Hall was arrested at 10:59 p.m. on San Antonio Way for two charges, including possession of a controlled substance 1st-degree 1st offense (Heroin), and purchase or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sunday, Jan. 7

• Robert Leroy Payton was arrested at 2:17 p.m. on North Main Street for five charges, including contempt of court libel/slander resistance to order, possession of a controlled substance 1st-degree, 1st offense (drug unspecified), possession of a controlled substance 1st-degree, 1st offense (Methamphetamine), possession of Marijuana, and purchase or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Monday, Jan. 8

• Ronnie Wayne Johnson was arrested at 11:49 a.m. at Locust Grove Cemetery for flagrant non-support.

• Allison Heidi was arrested at 1:37 a.m. at the North Main Street Speedway for four charges, including possession of a controlled substance 1st-degree, 1st offense (drug unspecified), possession of a controlled substance 1st-degree, 1st offense (Methamphetamine), possession of Marijuana, and purchase or possession of drug paraphernalia.
