Wednesday, Oct. 4

• Alexander Roque Noda was arrested at 2:40 p.m. at Kohl’s for theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting.

Thursday, Oct. 5

• Benny C. Moore was arrested at 5:57 a.m. on the North Main Street Speedway for failure to appear in court.

• Georgeanna R. Brown was arrested at 1:28 on North Main Street for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

Friday, Oct. 6

• Chaise D. Blakeman was arrested at 12:00 a.m. on West Maple Street for two charges, including failure to appear in court and non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines.

• Gavin W. Coleman was arrested at 1:43 a.m. on Miles Road for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

Sunday, Oct. 8

• Devon W. Rust was arrested at 8:40 a.m. at the Derby Inn & Suites for two charges, including contempt of court libel/slander resistance to order, and theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting.

• Malik Jordan Isaiah Richard was arrested at 11:35 a.m. on E Brannon Road for failure to appear in court.

• Cynthia M. Clark was arrested at 3:10 p.m. on John Sutherland Drive for two charges, including theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting and alcohol intoxication in a public place (1st & 2nd offense).

• Hubert W. Whitt was arrested at 3:28 p.m. on John Sutherland Drive for theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting.

• Sydney N. Hurst was arrested at 7:10 p.m. at Ridge Crest Drive for failure to appear in court.

Monday, Oct. 9

• Conley Everett Neal was arrested at 8:42 a.m. on Nicholasville Road for theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting auto ($10,000 < $1,000,000).

• Tykarion D. Ferguson was arrested at 2:05 p.m. at East Brannon Road for two charges, including theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting and person 18-20 possession/purchase/attempted/ have another purchase of alcohol.

• Javad Ahmadi was arrested at 2:05 p.m. at Kroger for two charges, including theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting and person 18-20 possession/purchase/attempted/ have another purchase of alcohol.

Tuesday, Oct. 10

• Harrold T. Goodwin was arrested at 1:59 a.m. on Sulphur Well Pike for failure to appear in court.
