Sunday, Sept. 10

• Jennifer S. Lamb was arrested at 5:08 a.m. at East Walnut Street for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines.

Wednesday, Sept. 13 

• Olivio Paiz Lucas was arrested at 12:05 a.m. at Lexington Road and Catnip Hill Road for three charges, including operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, speeding 22 miles per hour over the speed limit and no operators-moped license.

• Ward C. Hightower was arrested at 4:33 a.m. on South Main Street for failure to appear in court.

• Gary W. English was arrested at 1:35 p.m. on South Central Avenue for two charges, including possession of a controlled substance 1st-degree, 1st-offense (Cocaine) and theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting.

• Waleed H. Abdo was arrested at 7:33 p.m. on Orchard Drive for failure to appear in court.

• Anthony Ryder Hurt was arrested at 8:00 p.m. on Foxwood Drive for failure to appear in court.

Friday, Sept. 15

• Christy D. McIntosh was arrested at 9:20 a.m. on North Main Street for two charges, including theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting and criminal trespassing 2nd-degree.

• Efendi Alija was arrested at 11:49 a.m. on Pinoak Drive for assault 4th-degree (domestic violence) minor injury.

• Kimberly Lynn Beer was arrested at 3:35 p.m. at the North Main Street Walmart for theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting.

• Brandon Mink was arrested at 4:27 p.m. on Cameron Drive for assault 4th-degree (domestic violence) minor injury.

Saturday, Sep. 16

• Jacob Kane Day was arrested at 3:07 a.m. on Anthony Drive for alcohol intoxication in a public place (1st-and 2nd-offense).

• Theresa E. Gilbert was arrested at 4:53 a.m. on Anthony Drive for disorderly conduct 2nd-degree.

• Kimberly Lynn Beer was arrested at 2:25 p.m. on East Maple Street as a fugitive from another state.

• Widmer Baltazar was arrested at 3:12 p.m. on Louisa Drive for alcohol intoxication in a public place (1st-and 2nd-offense).

• Sierra Nicole Deering was arrested at 7:55 p.m. at the North Main Street Walmart for theft by unlawful taking of shoplifting $500>$1,000.

• Shania M. Spencer was arrested at 8:51 p.m. at the North Main Street Walmart for theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting $500>$1,000.

• Bishnu Dhimal was arrested at 9:52 p.m. on North Main Street for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

Sunday, Sept. 17

• Briyan Adrian Cortes Meza was arrested at 3:53 a.m. on Lexington Road for three charges, including speeding 17 miles per hour over the speed limit, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, possession of an open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle.

• Justin Paul Jenifer was arrested at 5:34 p.m. on Garnet Drive for assault 4th-degree (domestic violence) minor injury.

Monday, Sept. 18

• Tonya Reed was arrested at 7:09 p.m. on Edgewood Drive at Shun Pike for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines.
