Tuesday, Aug. 15

• Khristopher T. Johnson was arrested at 9:57 p.m. on Etter Drive for non-payment of court costs, fees or fines.

• Daniel S. Baker was arrested at 11:02 a.m. at 117 S Main Street for four charges, including assault, 4th-degree (domestic violence) no visible injury, criminal mischief 2nd-degree, endangering the welfare of a minor and fleeing or evading police 1st-degree (on foot) (attempt).

• Kade Potter was arrested at 12:30 a.m. at Brightview for failure to appear in court.

• Kurt L. Rinehart was arrested at 11:30 a.m. at 300 North Main Street for non-payment of court costs, fees or fines.

• Chelsea E. Burch was arrested at 6:43 p.m. on East Brannon Road for trafficking in controlled substance, 1st-degree, 1st-offense, (> of = 2 GMS of Methemphetamine).
