The Nicholasville Police Department made the following arrests from July 12-18. They do not indicate guilt or innocence.

Wednesday, July 12

• John Johnson was arrested at 4:21 p.m. on Nicholasville Bypass for two charges, including violation of a Kentucky Emergency Protection Order and Domestic Violence Order and 4th-degree assault, domestic violence.

• Zachary A. Wells at 11:54 p.m. on North Main Street for failure to appear in court.

• Angela D. Lanter was at 8:58 p.m. on Ware Boulevard for 1st-and 2nd-offense alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Thursday, July 13

• Marquise Owens was arrested at 12:33 a.m. on East Maple Street for four charges, including 1st degree wanton endangerment, 1st-degree criminal mischief, 2nd-degree unlawful imprisonment, and leaving the scene of an accident.

• Sandra Nicole Whitaker was at 3:52 a.m. on Shun Pike for alcohol intoxication in a public place.

• Johnny L. Powell was arrested at 6:06 p.m. on Peach Tree Road for four charges, including not having a rear view mirror, 1st-offense failure to maintain required insurance, possession of open alcohol beverage in vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence.

• Danny W. Kanatzer was arrested at 9:09 p.m. at Walmart for shoplifting.

Friday, July 14

• Emily E. Miller was arrested at 2:57 p.m. on Grey Oak Lane for operating a motor vehicle under the influence.

• Rachel Elizabeth Gabhart was arrested at 7:35 p.m. on North Main Street for not paying court fees.

• Richard A. Hall was arrested at 7:40 p.m. on Jefferson Street for 4th-degree assault, domestic violence.

Saturday, July 15

• Anthony J. Carr was arrested at 11:01 p.m. at Five Star for three charges, including operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 1st-offense trafficking a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Frank Sinkfield was arrested at 8:45 p.m. on Howard Street for three charges, including 1st and 2nd-offense alcohol intoxication in a public place, resisting arrest and menacing.

• Austin B. Dean was arrested at 6:05 p.m. on Edgewood Drive for not paying court fees.

• Angela M. Freeman was arrested at 4:18 p.m. on Imperial Pointe for three charges, including endangering the welfare of a minor, 3rd-degree terroristic threatening and registering arrest.

• Tom Davenport was arrested at 5:00 a.m. on Danville Road for violation of a Kentucky Emergency Protection Order and Domestic Violence Order and 4th-degree assault, domestic violence.

• Christopher A. Genton was arrested at 8:03 a.m.  at City/County Park for two charges, including public intoxication on a controlled substance and 1st-degree, 1st-offense possession of a controlled substance.

Sunday, July 16

• Jacob Lay was arrested at 11:21 p.m. at Home Place Inn for two charges including 1st and 2nd-offense alcohol intoxication in a public place and menacing.

• Chanse Leston Hillard was arrested at 1:41 a.m. on East Maple Street for two charges, including not paying court fees and 2nd-degree disorderly conduct.

Monday, July 17

• Nikki Franklin was arrested at 5:28 p.m. on Garden Park Drive for alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Tuesday, July 18

• Jeremy R Lamb was arrested at 1:10 a.m. on Stratton Avenue for public intoxication under a controlled substance.

• Justin Ferrill was arrested at 5:20 p.m. at Home Place Inn for shoplifting.

• Jethero Slone was arrested at 7:32 a.m. at Blair’s Auto Sales for 4th-degree assault.
