The following arrests were made by the Nicholasville Police Department from May 14-23. This is a record of said activity and is not an indication of innocence or guilt.

May 14

• John Paul Baker Jr. was arrested at 110 Village Parkway (Jessamine Medical and Diagnostics Center) at 5:08 p.m. for two charges, including possession of a controlled substance 1st-degree 1st offense and theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.

May 17

• Kyle Curtis Dulin was arrested at a local Speedway store at 6:22 a.m. for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a substance.

• James W. Welford was arrested at 106 Peelmore Ct. at 11:14 a.m. for failure to appear in court.

May 18

• Michael Lucas Ramirez was arrested on Lexington Road at 1:23 a.m. for a probation violation.

May 19

• Hunter Cox was arrested at 1024 North Main St. at 10:53 p.m. for failure to appear in court.

• David Wayne Miller was arrested at the Main Street Walmart at 10:05 p.m. for theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.

• Adam D. King was arrested on Lexington Road (Bethel Harvest Church) at 11:45 p.m. for failure to appear in court.

• Joseph M. Vandyke was arrested at Keene Centre Drive at 8:17 p.m. for two charges, including non-payment of court costs, fees or fines and failure to appear in court.

May 21

• Mary Terrell was arrested on the Nicholasville Bypass at 12:59 p.m. for two charges, including operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a substance 1st-degree and having no operators/moped license.

• Randall K Wade was arrested at 101 Hillbrook Drat 9:23 p.m. for several charges, including disorderly conduct 1st-degree, drug paraphernalia buy/possession, menacing and resisting arrest.

• Jacob Stone was arrested at 4080 Lexington Road (Pinnacle Ford) at 10:40 p.m. for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) 1st-degree 1st offense.

• Lisa Heather Keesy-Spicer was arrested at 108 Maple Nut Circle at 7:31 p.m. for failure to appear in court.

May 22

• Matthew Todd Shofner was arrested at 634 Edgewood Dr (Marathon gas station) at 9:29 a.m. for possession of a controlled substance 1st-degree. Later that day, at 229 East Maple St. (Jessamine County Detention Center) at 9:58 a.m., Shofner was charged again for promoting contraband (methamphetamine) 1st-degree.

May 23 

• Nathan L Davis was arrested at 164 Imperial Way at 3:40 a.m. for failure to appear in court.

• Charles F Watson was arrested on Tyler Drive at 7:24 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

• Gretchen D Calloway was arrested at the Nicholasville Fire Department at 5:58 p.m. for two charges, including operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a substance 1st-degree and driving with a DUI suspended license 1st offense.

• Jason Dwayne Riley was arrested at the Nicholasville Walmart at 7:55 p.m. for failure to appear in court.
