In a short meeting on Feb. 28, Nicholasville Planning Commission approved the final plan for changes to 120 Capital Court, about 4.94 acres.

According to Josh Banks, with Banks Engineering, Appaloosa Logistics Trucking requested to add a 25,000-square-foot expansion of its current building. They also hope to build a separate 10,000-square-foot building with appropriate parking, etc.

The company was founded in 2018.

The Planning Commission will next meet at 7 p.m. March 28.
