KYTC, Lexington hosting public transportation meeting

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet and Lexington Area Metropolitan Planning Organizations are seekinng input from residents on a Jessamine/Fayette Connectivity Study.

The study will examine conditions related to safety and mobility in the area. The study team has developed preliminary concepts to improve transportation connections between northeast Jessamine and southeast Fayette counties. 

A public meeting on the issue will be from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, July 22 at East Jessamine Middle School, 901 Union Mill Road. A virtual presentation and all meeting materials will be available through the study website at jessfaystudy.com. Those unable to attend in person can join virtually on the study website.
