Charged
— Roman Torres, 38, of Lexington, was charged Oct. 20 with no operator’s license, driving under the influence and failure to maintain insurance.
— Allison Wetzel, 38, of Susan Trace, Nicholasville, was charged Oct. 21 with driving under the influence (second offense) and possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle.
— Logan Carroll, 25, of Keene Crossing Drive, Nicholasville, was charged Oct. 21 with second-degree fleeing or evading police, resisting arrest, third-degree criminal mischief and first-degree possession of a controlled substance. He was also served a warrant for theft by unlawful taking.
— Tammy Sterner, 42, of Foxwood Drive, Nicholasville, was charged Oct. 23 with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, public intoxication and prescription controlled substance not in proper container.
– Heather L. Harman, 36, of Hickory Hill Drive, Nicholasville, was charged Oct. 23 with fourth-degree assault and first-degree promoting contraband.
— Edward L. Carroll, 38, of John Sutherland Drive, Nicholasville, was served a Fayette County warrant Oct. 23 for murder.
— Luke Lamb, 20, of Runnymeade Court, Nicholasville, was charged Oct. 25 with driving under the influence.
— Brian R> King, 49, of Portland Way, Nicholasville, was charged Oct. 25 with driving under the influence, and driving on a suspended operator’s license.
