— Ryan Todd, 32, of Danville, was charged July 16 with first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Taylor L. Massey, 19, of 4057 Mooncoin Way, Nicholasville, was charged July 17 with fourth-degree assault.

— Kayla Parker, 23, of Lexington, was charged July 19 with fourth-degree assault.

— David Arther Kartner, 23, of 122 Lorraine Ave., Nicholasville, was charged July 19 with fourth-degree assault.

— Jeremie Perry, 40, of 535 Peachtree Road, Nicholasville, was served a warrant July 17 for sale or transfer of a simulated controlled substance.

— Jeffrey McLean, 35, of 410 S. Third St., Nicholasville, was served a warrant July 18 for third-degree burglary.

— Amanda Shaffer, 28, of 5100 Sulphur Well Pike, Nicholasville, was charged July 16 with fraudulent use of a credit card.

— Marvin L. Miles, 57, of Lexington, was charged July 19 with speeding, no operator’s license, driving on a suspended operator’s license and driving under the influence.
