— James Dunn, 27, of 124 Frederick Road, Nicholasville, was charged July 1 with being a fugitive from another state, driving under the influence (third offense), first-degree fleeing or evading police, possession of open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and violation of an EPO/DVO.
