The Jessamine County Public Library, located at 600 S. Main St. in Nicholasville, will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday, Nov. 25 through Nov. 30.

During December, The Jessamine County Public Library is promoting its laser cutter. The cutter can engrave and cut on a variety of surfaces. This holiday season JCPL is engraving different Christmas designs on 4-inch, blank, clear acrylic ornaments. The ornaments will be on display on a miniature metal tree in the library for the month of December.
