Jessamine Journal announces winners of 2019 costume contest
This year, The Jessamine Journal held a costume contest for Halloween where residents submitted photos in three categories: scariest, cutest and most original. The winners of this year’s contest are Ashlyn Deaton, scariest costume, Carisa Searcy’s submission for cutest and Caid Faurot, most original costume. Winners will be awarded a $25 gift card that can be picked up at The Jessamine Journal, located at 507 N. Main St., beginning Nov. 1.
