Nicholasville woman arrested for DUI, marijuana

Kim R. Warner, 52, of 403 Melrose Ave. in Nicholasville, was arrested Oct. 6 for DUI and possession of marijuana, according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.

Officers were dispatched to North Main Street in reference to a car driving “all over the road.” Upon making contact with the driver, they were described as having bloodshot eyes and slurred speech. A preliminary breath test was administered which showed a presence of alcohol, according to the citation.

A field sobriety test was performed, which Warner failed. Warner was arrested and taken to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation. At the center, Warner was found to be in possession of a baggie containing marijuana.

 

Man arrested for public intoxication

David W. Tate, 44, address unknown, was arrested Oct. 2 for public intoxication (excluding alcohol), according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.

Officers received a call about an intoxicated male at Five Star on South Main Street. After making contact with Tate, he allegedly admitted to using methamphetamine in the early morning hours.

Tate was arrested and taken to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

 

Wilmore man arrested for public intoxication

Michael Blair, 45, of 308 E. Main St. in Wilmore, was arrested Oct. 5 for public intoxication (excluding alcohol), according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.

Officers were dispatched to Elm Street in reference to a white male without a shirt on jumping fences and appearing to be high. When officers located Blair, he took off running and was later located on a porch of a residence on Broadway.

Blair was described as sweating profusely and making no sense when he talked to officers. He allegedly had a white substance on his lips and admitted to smoking methamphetamine earlier.

Blair was required to be medically cleared before being transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center due to elevated heart rate, according to the citation.

 

Mackville man arrested for possession of controlled substance

Ronnie Lynn Sexton, 45, of 4565 HWY 433 in Mackville, was arrested Oct. 3 for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and promoting contraband, according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.

Sexton arrived at the Jessamine County Detention Center and was warned about bring contraband into the center prior to being booked.

A white crystal-like substance suspected to be methamphetamine was located inside a bag on Sexton, according to the citation.

 

The following citations were released by the Nicholasville Police Department, the Jessamine County Sheriff’s Office and the Wilmore Police Department.

Steven Earl Cartwright, 48, of 410 S. Third St. in Nicholasville, was arrested Sept.27 for possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified).

  • Robin L. Morris, 33, of 106 Floyd Court in Nicholasville, was arrested Sept. 27 for DUI.
  • Gary Lynn Honshell, 45, of 35 Bessie Way in Nicholasville, was arrested Sept. 27 for failure to appear.
  • Mathew Duncan, 35, of 1235 Dix Drive in Wilmore, was arrested Sept. 27 for failure to appear.
  • Dee Boyd,34, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested Sept. 27 for failure to appear.
  • Jeffery L. Collier, 31, of 1011 Logana Road in Nicholasville, was arrested Sept. 27 for failure to appear.
  • Dee Boyd, 34, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested Sept. 27 for bond forfeiture.
  • Ronnie G. Adams, 32, of 915 Chris Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested Sept. 27 for failure to appear.
  • Jarred B. Radebaugh, 25, of 100 Imperial Pointe in Nicholasville, was arrested Sept. 27 for non-payment of court costs.
  • Ryan N. Bush, 23, of 720 S. Main St. #4 in Nicholasville, was arrested Sept. 27 for non-payment of court costs.
  • David Breaden, 39, of 349 N. Greenville St. in Harrodsburg, was arrested Sept. 28 for DUI.
  • Tyler Patrick Edmundson, 24, of 1315 Hunter Ferrry Road in Nicholasville, was arrested Sept. 28 for contempt of court.
  • Carl Franklin Collins, 37, of 528 PinOak Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested Sept. 28 for violation of a stalking restraining order.
  • Bruce Scott Beeman, 30, of 318 Edgewood Drive #B in Nicholasville, was arrested Sept. 28 for failure to appear.
  • Loren Charles Shelton, 30, of 3105 High Bridge Drive in Lexington, was arrested Sept. 29 for speeding 17 mph over the limit, fleeing or evading police and possession of marijuana.
  • Jacob T. McIntosh, 30, of 274 Jason Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested Sept. 29 for DUI, wanton endangerment, failure to maintain required insurance, possession of marijuana, theft by unlawful taking, failure to appear, leaving the scene of an accident with failure to render aid or assistance and operating on a suspended or revoked license.
  • Roger A. Kemplin, 56, of 7800 Sulphur Well Pike in Nicholasville, was arrested Sept. 29 for failure to appear.
  • Kaleb Rylee Leffew, 20, of 970 Wells Landing Road in Danville, was arrested Sept. 29 for disregarding a stop sign, reckless driving, failure to maintain required insurance and operating on a suspended or revoked license.
  • Kenneth W. McIntosh, 41, of 1620 Philips Road in Nicholasville, was arrested Sept. 30 for alcohol intoxication in a public place.
  • Perry R. Wolldridge, 60, of 801 Beauford Place #8 in Nicholasville, was arrested Sept. 30 for operating on a suspended or revoked license and fleeing or evading police.
  • Devon W. Rust, 30, of 508 Hickory Hill Road in Nicholasville, was arrested Sept. 30 for operating on a suspended or revoked license and failure to notify address change.
  • Carl Houp, 45, of 105 Rarrick Ave. in Nicholasville, was arrested Sept. 30 for a probation violation.
  • Amanda Holland, 33, of 101 Lynnwood Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested Sept. 30 for failure to appear.
