Nicholasville woman arrested for methamphetamine
Sheila J. Bailey, 65, of 212 Twin Acres Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested May 1 for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Officers observed Bailey walking towards a vehicle in Speedway’s parking lot. It was confirmed Bailey had an open warrant for her arrest. Officers then made contact with her at the gas pump and advised her of the warrant, and asked for permission to search the vehicle. Bailey gave consent and officers confiscated from the passenger floor board, a bag containing methamphetamine.
Bailey was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

Nicholasville man arrested for assault
Scott F. Campbell, 48, of 201 Orchard Drive Apt. 94 in Nicholasville, was arrested May 2 for fourth-degree assault and alcohol intoxication in a public place, according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Campbell was allegedly involved in an argument when he became angry and began to choke the victim with his hands. Visible redness was allegedly apparent around the victim’s neck. Campbell was described as having slurred speech, unsteady on his feet and having glassy eyes. He allegedly told officers he had been drinking whiskey.
Campbell was arrested and taken to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

Nicholasville man arrested for heroin
Chris L. McCoy, 54, of 333 Williams Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested May 2 for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance (heroin) according to a citation released by the Jessamine County Sheriff’s Office.
While on a routine patrol, deputies noticed McCoy walking on an unlit roadway. Deputies allegedly asked McCoy if he would like a ride, to which he said, “yes.” Deputies then asked for consent to search McCoy, which he gave.
When deputies allegedly began to search his front left pocket, McCoy turned away and dropped an unknown object. McCoy then allegedly told deputies he was sorry, and the substance inside the bag was heroin.
A pipe with burnt residue was also located on McCoy. McCoy was arrested and taken to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

Versailles woman arrested for criminal trespassing
Alissa N. Youngblood, 30, of 3452 Keene Troy Pike in Versailles, was arrested May 5 for first-degree criminal trespassing and third-degree criminal mischief, according to a citation released by the Jessamine County Sheriff’s Office
Youngblood forced entry into a home and remained there unlawfully. During the process of forcing entry, Youngblood caused damage to the doorframe by busting it, according to the citation.
Youngblood was seen in the home by the homeowner after being told to vacate the premises.
Youngblood was arrested and taken to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

Vlem, 33, of 702 Lancaster Ave. in Lexington, was arrested for trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), careless driving, drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, second-degree hindering apprehension and a Fayette County warrant for failure to appear.
— Ashley Westfall, 23, of 302 Lake St. in Nicholasville, was arrested for trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), drug paraphernalia and giving officer false identifying information.
— Christopher Meece, 32, of 621 Clarence Gaines St. in Paducah, was arrested for trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and drug paraphernalia.
— Ricky Smith, 46, of 102 Beachwood Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested for failure to appear.
— Jason Hurd, 41, of 319 Cherry St. in Pineville, was arrested for failure to appear.
— Hunter Scott, 35, of 308 E. Main St. Apt. 8 in Wilmore, was arrested for failure to appear.
— David Shackelford, 36, of 120 Wood St. in Wilmore, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and drug paraphernalia.
— Yana Gritsko, 21, of 541 Thames Cir. in Nicholasville, was arrested April 29 for failure to appear.
— Anthony Fields, 29, of 102 Jessamine Ave. in Nicholasville, was arrested April 30 for no registration plates and operating on a suspended or revoked license.
— Rocky Lee Slone, 41, of 1901 Lock 8 Road in Nicholasville, was arrested April 30 for contempt of court and flagrant non-support.
— Nathan T. Caldwell, 30, of 100 N. Bragg St. in Nicholasville, was arrested April 30 for non-payment of court costs.
— Christopher Pelfrey, 31, of 112 Heritage Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested April 30 for non-payment of court costs.
— Amanda L. Roberts, 35, of 222 Edgewood Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested April 30 for failure to appear.
— Krystal Woods, 33, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested April 30 for failure to appear.
— Mathew Feldman, 55, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested April 30 for contempt.
— Buck Brock, 38, of 1468 Johns Lane in Nicholasville, was arrested April 30 for a Jessamine County warrant.
— Janet Wyatt, 36, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested April 30 for failure to appear.
— Connor Ryan, 27, of 5100 Sulphur Well Road in Nicholasville, was arrested April 30 for theft by unlawful taking under $10,000.
— Gilberto Silva-ane, 55, of 826 Ward Drive in Lexington, was arrested May 1 for operating on a suspended or revoked license.
— Curtis M. Young, 54, of 220 Ashville Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested May 1 for failure to appear.
— Mandy Caudill, 43, of 108 McDonald St. in Nicholasville, was arrested May 1 for trafficking in a controlled substance (opiates).
— Richard Shawn Noe, 41, of 1056 Pinoak Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested May 1 for non-payment of court fees and failure to appear.
— Charles H. Thomas, 55, of 501 Edgewood drive in Nicholasville, was arrested May 1 for first-degree sexual abuse with victim under 12 years of age, first-degree rape and first-degree sodomy.
— Joshua Freitas, 26, of 610 Elmwood Drive in Richmond, was arrested May 1 for contempt of court.
— Callie Watts, 22, of 149 Grinder Circle in Nicholasville, was arrested May 1 for an indictment warrant and violation of conditions of release.
— Megan Griffen, 23, of 157 Alamo Drive in Georgetown, was arrested May 1 for receiving stolen property and theft by deception.
— Gregory T. Casey, 31, of 505 Ridgeview Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested May 1 for a Fayette County warrant.
