West Jessamine Middle school honors students each month for Student of the Month where teams select two students to be honored with this award.  These students are selected because they exhibit consistent colt characteristics, such as responsibility and dependability.  They also strive to work to the best of their abilities on content in all of their classes.  West Middle is proud to recognize these students for their accomplishments.   December Students of the Month were Byer Jones, Madelyn Johnson, Hannah Heiser, Noah Childers, Jay Pearman, Mari Turner, Drew Marshall, Rachel Leber, Peyton Corman, Favour Odudena, Palmer Schmidt, Hope Campbell, Brady Swain, Shureka, Derival, Anna Boikov and Preston Patterson. January Students of the Month were Sarah Kenney, Carson Disponett, Betsy Shickey, Bryce Bailey, Joyce Bao, Cooper Bartlett, Jacob Sizemore, Ciara Johnson, Matthew Martin, Ellee Moore, Luke Johns, Catie Grace Hampton, Arianna Hernandez, Joshua Stowe, Kystrin Olson and Joshua Stowe.
