Nicholasville man arrested for DUI

Donnie Allen Clift, 51, of 280 Murphy Lane in Nicholasville, was arrested Dec. 8 for disregarding a stop sign, DUI and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, according to a citation release by the Nicholasville Police Department.

Officers observed Clift’s vehicle disregard a stop sign at the intersection of West Oak and Third Street. After initiating a traffic stop, an odor of marijuana could be detected coming from the vehicle, according to the citation.

Clift was described as having blood shot eyes, slurred speech and smelling like alcohol. Clift allegedly told officers he had one beer, a Bud Light lime.

He was asked to perform a field sobriety test. Upon exiting the vehicle, a silver can was seen in the cup holder of the vehicle. When asked what it was, Clift allegedly told the officers, beer.  During the test, Clift was described as unsteady on his feet.

Clift was placed under arrest and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

Nicholasville man arrested for terroristic threatening

Phillip Anthony, 51, of 1011 Clyde Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested Dec. 7 for alcohol intoxication in a public place, third-degree terroristic threatening, second-degree disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal trespassing, according to a citation issued by the Nicholasville Police Department.

Officers were dispatched to Wichita Drive in reference to a fight which had occurred with a male who was intoxicated in the parking lot.

When officers arrived on scene, Anthony was described as unsteady on his feet and leaning against the building for balance. He had slurred speech and dilatated pupils, according to the citation.

While on scene, Anthony told the arresting officer that he was going to kill him and that he was going to, “beat the shit” out of another officer on scene.

Anthony was transferred to St. Joseph Jessamine for medical clearance. At the hospital, Anthony repeatedly told officers he was going to kill them and their family, according to the citation.

Anthony was told several times to stop yelling and cursing because there were several minors in the emergency room, but he denied requests to do so.

After clearance, Anthony was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

Richmond man arrested for concealed weapon

Fred W. Faust, 47, of 162 Parrish Ave. in Richmond, was arrested Dec. 4 for DUI, carrying a concealed weapon and possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.

Officers responded to a possibly impaired driver at the above listed address. A caller advised that the vehicle had struck a pole while backing out of a parking spot and then parked again.

Upon officers making contact with Faust, he was described as appearing to be asleep in the drivers’ seat with the headlights illuminated. He was also described as extremely lethargic with shaking hands.

Once Faust exited the vehicle, officers observed a hand gun concealed within a compartment in the driver’s door. A field sobriety test was performed, which Faust failed.

A search of the vehicle resulted in the confiscation of a white powdery substance in a $10 bill in the center console.

Faust was taken to St. Joseph Jessamine where he submitted to a blood test and declined an independent test. Faust allegedly told officers he had taken Suboxone and Ambien, and identified the white powdery substance as Gabapentin. Faust was arrested and taken to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

Harrodsburg woman arrested for heroin

Susan Taylor, 50, of 441 Cardwell Ave, in Harrodsburg, was arrested Dec. 10 for no operator’s license, failure to maintain required insurance, theft of identity of another without consent and possession of a controlled substance (heroin), according to a citation issued by the Nicholasville Police Department.

Officers observed Taylor operating a vehicle with a confirmed expired license and Taylor could not provide officers with proof of insurance when asked.

Officers then warned Taylor about providing false information, to which she proceeded to give them a false name, according to the citation.

Taylor was placed under arrest for a Garrard County bench warrant. Upon search, officers found a small plastic baggy containing a white powdery substance located in a pack of cigarettes in the glove box.

Taylor was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

 

The following citations were released by the Nicholasville Police Department, the Jessamine County Sheriff’s Office and the Wilmore Police Department.

Billy F. Goforth, 58, of 231 Green St. in Nicholasville, was arrested Dec. 3 for contempt of court.

Jamann L. Byrd, 36, of 207 Maple Leaf Lance in Nicholasville, was arrested Dec. 4 for non-payment of court fees.

Christopher Callahan Ray, 22, of 331 Alamhurst Lane in Nicholasville, was arrested Dec. 4 for DUI and leaving the scene of an accident with failure to render aid or assistance.

Stephanie Brewer, 32, of 113 Garnet Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested Dec. 4 for failure to appear.

Cheryl A. Caudill, 24, of 107 Cottage St. in Nicholasville, was arrested Dec. 4 for contempt of court.

Billy Jason Estes, 43, of 565 Maple Sr. Lot 7R in Stanton, was arrested Dec. 4 for violation of a Kentucky emergency protection order.

Steven W. Hall, 36, of 557 Camp Daniel Boone Road in Nicholasville, was arrested Dec. 4 for failure to appear.

Phillip Taylor, 34, of 605 Hi Crest Drive in Lexington, was arrested Dec. 4 for flagrant non-support.

Anthony Current, 39, of 150 Forrest Elliott in Nicholasville, was arrested Dec. 4 for failure to pay.

Zachary White, 24, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested Dec. 4 for a parole violation.

Darla Michelle Melton, 38, of 124 Ridgecrest Drive in Lancaster, was arrested Dec. 5 for speeding 25 mph over the limit and DUI.

Jordan Rector, 30, of 316 Wichita in Nicholasville, was arrested Dec. 5 for receiving stolen property under $10,000 and possession of burglary tools.

Cheikh Gueye, 34, of 456 Hollow Creek Road D-19 in Lexington, was arrested Dec. 5 for speeding 25 mph over the limit and reckless driving.

Stephen Tyler Lunsford, 28, of 355 Foreman Ave. #203 in Lexington, was arrested Dec. 5 for failure to report KAP and failure to pay.

Timothy Trusty, 45, of 44 Cool Breeze in Nicholasville, was arrested Dec. 6 for resisting arrest and a probation violation.

Barry Bell, 62, of 413 N. Fourth St. in Danville, was arrested Dec. 6 for driving on a DUI suspended license.

Krystal M. Woods, 33, of 400 Foxwood Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested Dec. 6 for failure to appear.

Anthony J. Prather, 38, of 107 E. Edgewood Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested Dec. 6 for failure to appear.

Gary R. Hall, 49, of 103 Jefferson St. in Nicholasville, was arrested Dec. 6 for non-payment of court costs and failure to appear.

Gary Mayle, 54, of 216 Virginia in Nicholasville, was arrested Dec. 6 for receiving stolen property under $10,000.

Jonathan Perry, 40, of 20 W. Barr St. in Wilmore, was arrested Dec. 6 for second-degree assault and violation of a Kentucky emergency protection order.

Christy Wilcher, 27, of 349 Ethel Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested Dec. 6 for contempt.

Justin Waldrop, 21, of 30 Bailey Way in Nicholasville, was arrested Dec. 7 for failure to appear.

Bryan Tyler Colburn, 21, of 812 Hickory Hill Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested Dec. 7 for alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Tierra Blevins, 44, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested Dec. 7 for first-degree promoting contraband, first-degree first-offense possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Christopher Hulett, 39, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested Dec. 7 for first-degree first-offense possession of a controlled substance (heroin) and public intoxication of a controlled substance excluding alcohol.

Patrick King, 29, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested Dec. 7 for first-degree first-offense possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), second-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified) and first-degree promoting contraband.

Luis Carols Palacios, 31, of 5775 NW Second Ave, #1101 in Miami, Florida, was arrested Dec. 7 for failure to appear.

Emanuel Miranda, 23, of 305 Bell Place Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested Dec. 8 for rear license plate not illuminated, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in the vehicle and DUI.

Jill R. Bruner, 41, of 303 Courchelle Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested Dec. 8 for violation of a Kentucky emergency protection order.

Donnie Allen Clift, 51, of 280 Murphy Lane in Nicholasville, was arrested Dec. 8 for theft by unlawful taking under $500.

Bruce Mulcahy, 56, address unknown, was arrested Dec. 8 for failure to appear and theft by unlawful taking over $500 but under $10,000.

Shannon Dale Hurt, 36, of 215 S, Main St. Apt. C in Nicholasville, was arrested Dec. 8 for non-payment of court costs.

Cierra Jo Stinnett, 23, of 110 Heritage Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested Dec. 8 for theft by unlawful taking under $500.

Francisco Facio-Reyes, 59, of 241 John Sutherland Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested Dec. 8 for alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Nicholia Smith, 48, of 203 Keystone Drive in Richmond, was arrested Dec. 8 for trafficking in a controlled substance (opiates) and a probation violation.

Heather Taylor, 42, of 210 Thacker Drive in Wilmore, was arrested Dec. 8 for giving an officer false identifying information and non-payment of court fees.

Phillip Anthony, 51, of 1011 Clyde Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested Dec. 8 for third-degree assault.

Jennifer Bolin, 35, of 1410 Edgewood Ave. in Lexington, was arrested Dec. 8 for contempt of court.

Timothy Green, 36, of 107 Woods Ave. in Lexington, was arrested Dec. 9 for failure to appear.

William Austin Townsend, 20, of 379 Hartley Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested Dec. 9 for non-payment of court costs and operating on a suspended or revoked license.

Bruce Malcahy, 56, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested Dec. 9 for violations of conditions of release.

Joseph E. Bill, 18, of 129 Whaley Court in Nicholasville, was arrested Dec. 9 for failure to appear.

Ernesto Salazar, 19, of 4 Earl Court in Lexington, was arrested Dec. 9 for failure to appear.

Mark A. Perkins, 32, of 520 Pinewood Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested Dec. 10 for failure to appear.
