Annual Christmas parade closes Main Street

The fifth annual St. Nich Festival took place Saturday in Nicholasville. The day was full of events from a pancake breakfast at Catalyst Christian Church, to a 5K Ugly Sweater Run and a parade, which took place in downtown on Main Street. The winners of this year’s float awards are as follows: first-place, Jessamine County Animal Care and Control with the help of Jessamine Career and Technology Center students; second-place, Jessamine County 4-H; third-place, Re/Max of Jessamine County.
