Nicholasville man arrested for rape, sodomy and DUI

John Preston, 57, of 250 Williamsburg Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested Dec. 2 for first-degree rape, first-degree sodomy, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and DUI, according to a citation issued by the Nicholasville Police Department.

Preston was in an argument with a victim at the above listed address which lasted from 6 p.m. Dec. 1 to 7 a.m. Dec. 2.

During the argument, Preston forced the victim to perform sexual acts on him.

While on an investigation on Shannon Parkway at 5:30 p.m. on Dec. 2, officers observed Preston drive up to his son’s residence and get out of his vehicle.

Officers made contact with Preston an hour prior and knew he was severely intoxicated. Preston allegedly stumbled out of the vehicle and was unsteady on his feet according to the citation, and appeared to have urinated on himself.

Preston was described as having slurred words and dilated pupils. Preston allegedly told officers he had drank “more” whiskey before driving to his son’s residence.

Preston was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation. 

Lexington woman arrested for marijuana

Nneka Okolo Krank, 23, of 271 Argonne Circle in Lexington, was arrested Dec. 2 for rear license not illuminated, failure to maintain required insurance, instructional permit violations, wanton endangerment, possession of marijuana, failure to notify address change to department of motor vehicles and DUI, according to a citation issued by the Nicholasville Police Department.

Krank was observed operating a vehicle on Main Street without a rear license plate being illuminate. Officers initiated a stop on Richmond Avenue, and according to the citation, could smell marijuana coming from the vehicle.

Krank told officers she only had her instructional permit and did not have anyone 21-years or younger in the vehicle. She also told officers she did not live at the address listed on the permit, and was unable to provide proof of insurance.

Krank was asked to step out of the vehicle for a field sobriety test. Officers asked Krank if there was any marijuana inside her vehicle. She allegedly told them there was some in her wallet.

After locating the marijuana, officers placed Krank under arrest and transported her to St. Joseph Jessamine for a blood test, after which she was transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

Nicholasville man arrested for assault, alcohol intoxication

Eric J. Corman, 39, of 2149 Lexington Road in Nicholasville, was arrested Dec. 1 for fourth degree assault and alcohol intoxication in a public place, according to a citation issued by the Nicholasville Police Department.

Officers were called to Derby Lane in reference to a domestic dispute.The victim stated they were having an argument when Corman became aggressive and threw them on the floor and held them down by their legs.

Red marks were allegedly observed on the victim, who also said Corman punched them with a closed fist in the back of the head and on the mouth busting their bottom lip.

Corman was seen leaving the hotel prior to the officer’s arrival and was later found hiding in some Cedar trees. Officers told Corman to come down from the tree and get on the ground, which he did not do.

When Corman did come down from the tree, he was described as lethargic and unsteady on his feet, according to the citation. When officers became hands on with Corman, he became belligerent and locked up making officers have to restrain him to keep him from hurting himself.

Corman was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

Nicholasville man arrested for possession of controlled substance

Paul Edward Hall, 26, of 1 Jessamine Ave. in Nicholasville, was arrested Nov. 28 for possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.

Officers observed Hall and a female subject at the above location and asked Hall what he was doing at that location at 1:03 a.m. Hall told officers he was looking through a dumpster.

Officers asked Hall for permission to search him, which he gave. A multi-colored container was located and inside the container were two white circular pills with a V on one side. The pills were identified as Oxycodone.

Hall was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

Nicholasville woman arrested for DUI

Kristin R. Treadway, 30, of 501 W. Maple St. in Nicholasville, was arrested Nov. 30 for DUI, failure to maintain required insurance, improper turn signal and disregarding a stop sign, according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.

NPD received a phone call in reference to a reckless driver traveling south on North Main Street from US27.

As officers were driving behind the vehicle, the driver failed to use their right turn signal. The vehicle then failed to stop at the stop sign on North Second Street at the intersection of West Oak Street.

Initiating a traffic stop, officers alleged Treadway had red eyes. Officers then asked Treadway how many alcoholic beverages she had consumed, to which she allegedly replied, “a couple,” and stated she was coming from a concert on Manchester Street in Lexington.

A field sobriety test was performed, which Treadway failed. She was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

Nicholasville man arrested for alcohol intoxication

Tristan Dakota Keith Aaron, 19, of 108 Evergreen Court in Nicholasville, was arrested Dec. 2 for alcohol intoxication in a public place, according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.

Officers were called to the above listed residence in reference to a domestic dispute.

When officers arrived, Aaron came out of the residence and was described as having bloodshot eyes, slurred speech and being unsteady on his feet.

He allegedly told officers he was upset because the caller wanted him to leave and he wanted his items from the residence, according to the citation.

Aaron also stated he had two BB guns in the shed a the back of the residence and wanted to retrieve them. Officers tried numerous times to open the shed but where unsuccessful. Officers then tried to make a time with Aaron to return to the residence and gather his things, at which time he told them he was not leaving until he retrieved his items and he would have to be taken to jail.

Aaron was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

— Donald Johnson, 41, of 212 Linden Lane in Nicholasville, was arrested Nov. 27 for contempt and failure to appear.

— Paul Edward Hall, 26, of 001 Jessamine Ave. in Nicholasville, was arrested Nov. 28 for theft by unlawful taking under $500.

— Shaquona Moore, 37, of 1053 Winburn Drive Apt. 109 in Nicholasville, was arrested Nov. 28 for failure to appear.

— James Florian, 28, of 89 Glenmore Heights in Lancaster, was arrested Nov. 28 for a probation violation.

— Reggie Dewayne Patton, 31, of 3683 Appian Way in Lexington, was arrested Nov. 28 for speeding 19 mph over the limit, driving on a DUI suspended license and failure to maintain required insurance.

— Brandi N. Stevens, 32, address unknown, was arrested Nov. 28 for public intoxication (excluding alcohol).

— Timothy D. McIntosh, 27, of 306 Edgewood Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested Nov. 28 for stolen firearm, failure to appear and a Garrard County warrant.

— John C. Cobb, 35, of 2770 Pollard Pike in Nicholasville, was arrested Nov. 28 for violation of a Kentucky emergency protection order.

— Kendra Carrender, 26, of 200 Gibson Drive #8 in Bronston, was arrested Nov. 28 for failure to appear.

— Kayla Gossett, 26, of 1629 Elmwood in Nicholasville, was arrested Nov. 28 for failure to appear.

— John Ernest Winkle, 35, of Martin Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested Nov. 28 for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and fifth-degree wanton endangerment.

  Marshall T. Sadler, 41, of 443 Seabiscuit Drive in Danville, was arrested Nov. 29 for non-payment of court costs.

— Alissa N. Youngblood, 30, of 3452 Keene Troy Pike in Versailles, was arrested Nov. 29 for fraudulent use of a credit card.

— Taliyah S. Colone, 18, of 108 N. Central Ave. Apt. 2 in Nicholasville, was arrested Nov. 29 for second-degree assault.

— Jerry R. Parvin, 48, of 124 Lauren Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested Nov. 30 for failure to appear.

— Loral G. Warner, 67, of 319 E. Oak St. in Nicholasville, was arrested Nov. 30 for alcohol intoxication in a public place.

— Ashley Mae Byrd, 23, of 2070 Garden Springs Drive Apt. 119 in Lexington, was arrested Nov. 30 for failure to appear.

— Cordell M. Huskey, 25, of 403 Guthrie St. in Horse Cave, was arrested Nov. 30 on Barren County and Hart County warrants.

— Vera Carnelia White, 54, of 700 Shun Pike in Nicholasville, was arrested Dec. 1 for failure to appear and non-payment of court costs.

— Kalob Dwayne Paul, 21, of 202 Anthony Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested Dec. 1 for second-degree and fourth-degree assault.

— Andria M. McIntosh, 30, of 307 W. Walnut St. in Nicholasville, was arrested Dec. 2 for failure to appear, rear license not illuminated, failure to maintain required insurance, no operators moped license and giving officer false identifying information.

— Melda Jane Coffman, 43, of 1065 Tanyard Branch Road in Lancaster, was arrested Dec. 2 for carrying a concealed weapon, serving alcoholic beverages to a minor, theft by unlawful taking over $500 but under $10,000 and second-degree burglary.

— Tina A. Brock, 50, address unknown, was arrested Dec. 2 for failure to appear.

— Brian A. Ryder, 37, of 64 Lantern Way in Nicholasville, was arrested Dec. 2 for theft by unlawful taking under $500.

— Ricky E. Denny, 54, of 404 Miles Road in Nicholasville, was arrested Dec. 2 for theft by unlawful taking under $500.

— Jacob McIntosh, 29, of 125 Beechmont in Nicholasville, was arrested Dec. 2 for a parole violation.

— Marcella Rothweiler, 41, of 200 S. Fifth St. in Nicholasville, was arrested Dec. 3 for a parole violation.

— Michael Spickard, 44, of 315 Longview Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested Dec. 3 for non-payment of fines, failure to appear and fourth-degree assault.

— Gregory T. Worley, 26, homeless, was arrested Dec. 3 for a Clark County warrant.

— Shane Snow, 33, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested Dec. 3 for contempt.

— Cutis Young, 54, of 220 Ashville Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested Dec. 3 for failure to appear.

— Christopher Barnes, 45, of 164 Lantern Way in Nicholasville, was arrested Dec. 3 for a parole violation.

— Mathew Lee Detillion, 37, of 234 Dallas Drive in Hustonville, was arrested Dec. 3 for contempt of court.
