Ruth Elaine Childers Jolicoeur, 77, widow of Robert Jolicoeur passed away Oct. 27, 2018.

She was born on April 20, 1941 in Pike County, Kentucky to the late Everette T. and Verta Lee Childress Childers.

Ruth was a homemaker and a member of the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church.

She is survived by one son Robert James Jolicoeur II, three daughters Elizabeth Cairo, and Elaine and Barbara Ann Jolicoeur. Siblings Dottie Sue Clouse, Eddie Ray Childers, Jackie Childers and Mackie Childers, 11 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

Besides her parents and spouse she was preceded in death by six siblings.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Today, Nov. 1, 2018 at Betts & West Funeral Home with Reverend Basil Hall officiating. Burial will follow in Bluegrass Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 4 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
