Wilmore resident arrested for trafficking methamphetamine

Ashley L. Hall, 24, of 1270 Figg Lane in Wilmore, was arrested Aug. 19 for trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.

Officers executed a search warrant on the above residence after reports of drug trafficking. Hall resides at the location, and while there, officers located a bag by the front door which contained a zip lock bag with an unknown amount of a clear icy substance believed to be methamphetamine, according to the citation.

Also inside the backpack, officers located a scale and a change purse. Inside the purse, was a large amount of cash and Hall’s driver’s license, according to the citation.

Hall allegedly admitted the backpack belonged to her, and the subject was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

Nicholasville man arrested for possession of controlled substance

Scotty G. Wilhoite, 49, of 105 Laurel Lane in Nicholasville, was arrested Aug. 21 for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to dim headlights, according to a citation issued by the Nicholasville Police Department.

Wilhoite passed officers on Main Street with his bright headlights on, and upon initiating a traffic stop Wilhoite was allegedly observed fumbling with something in the center console.

Officers deployed a K-9 for a free air sniff around the vehicle, who alerted to the vehicle and a syringe was found underneath the driver seat along with Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone tablets located in the center console in a cigarette pack.

Wilhoite was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

Nicholasville man arrested for methamphetamine

Sean P. Roberts, 23, of 333 Garden Park in Nicholasville, was arrested Aug. 27 for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), according to a citation issued by the Nicholasville Police Department.

Officers noticed two males coming to and from the tree line  in  a high-volume drug area. Roberts was asked to give consent to a search, which he allegedly did according to the citation.

Officers located a clear white container in his front right pocket which contained suspected methamphetamine.

Roberts allegedly admitted to officers it was methamphetamine and was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

Nicholasville man arrested for methamphetamine

James M. Locker, 29, of 302 Bellchase Lane in Nicholasville, was arrested Aug. 20 for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), according to a citation issued by the Nicholasville Police Department.

Locker was observed walking on Shun Pike and was known to have an open ewarrant for his arrest. Locker was observed getting into a white passenger car, and as officers turned their car around to make contact with Locker, he was seen getting out of the passenger side of the same vehicle.

Officers then made contact with Locker, and advised him that he was under arrest for the warrant. At this time, the driver of the vehicle exited the car and advised officers Locker had left narcotics in their vehicle, according to the citation.

The driver also allegedly told officers Locker had flagged them down for a ride because he had a warrant out for his arrest and left the narcotics in their car. The driver retrieved the narcotics and giving them to the officers said he did not want to be a part of it.

Officers then observed the zip lock bag given to them by the driver which contained a rock of icy substance believed to be methamphetamine.

Locker was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation. 

Harrodsburg woman arrested for heroin

Nicole Burton, 33, of 908 Bobo-Link Road in Harrodsburg, was arrested Aug. 19 for possession of a controlled substance (heroin) and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to a citation issued by the Nicholasville Police Department.

Officers were dispatched to 805 Elmwood Court in reference to drug activity by an unknown caller who advised five to six cars had stopped and went in the back door of the residence for brief moments.

Officers observed Burton leaving the residence with a male subject. On her way back to her car, officers approached the subjects who gave their identity to the officers and it was then advised by dispatch Burton had an open warrant for her arrest. Burton was then asked to step out of her vehicle. Officers asked if she had anything that would poke them. Burton allegedly advised officers there was a syringe in her purse and officers would also find narcotics in her purse as well, according to the citation.

Officers searched Burton’s purse and allegedly found a brown powdery substance suspected to be heroin along with a syringe and a spoon.

Burton was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

Nicholasville man arrested for possession of controlled substance

Lawrence Miller, 46, of 123 Jefferson St. in Nicholasville, was arrested Aug. 18 for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.

Officers were dispatched to the above address for a welfare check on Miller. Miller was allegedly observed through the screen door sitting at the kitchen table, according to the citation.

Miller had a warrant out of his arrest and was also allegedly observed with a syringe in his hands which was uncapped and had a clear liquid inside, according to the citation.

Miller was detained and advised officers it was methamphetamine in the syringe and that he was about to “shoot up.”

Beside Miller at the table were several other syringes and spoons. Miller was placed under arrest and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

Nicholasville man arrested for methamphetamine

Bobby White Jr., 22, of 836 Wilmore Road in Nicholasville, was arrested Aug. 18 for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.

White was a passenger in a vehicle which had a syringe laying on the back floorboard in plain view. A K-9 was deployed who alerted to the car where a small bag which had paperwork from the jail belonging to the subject was located along with a small quantity of suspected methamphetamine.

White was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

­— Joshua Ayala, 30, of 116 Orchard court in Nicholasville, was arrested Aug. 17 for speeding 26 mph over the speed limit and second-offense DUI.

­— Joe D. Angel, 42, of 112 McDonald St. in Nicholasville, was arrested Aug. 17 for failure to appear.

­— James T. Crowe, 26, of 109 Wichita Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested Aug. 18 for failure to appear.

­— Pamela Starr Boggs, 60, of 108 Apple Grove Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested Aug. 18 for a first-offense DUI.

­— Perry R. Wooldridge, 59, of 316 Wichita Drive #43 in Nicholasville, was arrested Aug. 18 for a first-offense DUI, instructional permit violations, no registration plates and first-offense failure to maintain required insurance.

­— David A. Smith, 47, of 201 N. Second St. in Nicholasville, was arrested Aug. 18 for alcohol intoxication in a public place.

­— Carolyn Owens, 33, of 506 N. Lexington Ave. in Wilmore, was arrested Aug. 18 for first and second-offense alcohol intoxication in a public place.

­— James A. Mcintosh, 35, of 409 Biloxi Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested Aug. 18 for first and second-offense alcohol intoxication in a public place.

­— Shawna Watkins, 23, of 104 Long Ave. in Winchester, was arrested Aug. 18 for non-payment of court costs and flagrant non-support.

­— Lawrence Miller, 45, of 123 Jefferson St. in Nicholasville, was arrested Aug. 18 for non-payment of court costs and contempt of court.

­— Cameron C. Miller, 19, of 115 Southview Drive #26 in Nicholasville, was arrested Aug. 18 for failure to appear.

­— Dennie Huff Jr., 47, of 421 Nottaway Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested Aug. 18 for trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and trafficking in a controlled substance (D.U.SCH non-narcotics).

­— James R. Markwell Jr., 32, of 817 W. High St. in Lexington, was arrested Aug. 19 for harassment and third-degree criminal trespassing.

­— Brandon L. Harless, 23, of 105 Rose Lane in Nicholasville, was arrested Aug. 19 for public intoxication (excluding alcohol).

­— Jeremy O’Neil Corman, 34, of 185 Oakmont in Nicholasville, was arrested Aug. 19 for promoting contraband, possession of a controlled substance, carrying a concealed weapon and second-offense DUI.

­— Mike Walters, 33, of 1139 Hunters Perry Road in Nicholasville, was arrested Aug. 19 for violation of a Kentucky emergency protection order.

­— Stanely C. Gross Jr., 34, of 106 Cantern Way in Nicholasville, was arrested Aug. 20 for promoting contraband and receiving stolen property under $500.

­— Samuel None Gonzales, 22, of 101 San Antonio Way in Nicholasville, was arrested Aug. 20 for DUI and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle.

­— James C. Morris, 57, of 333 Williams Road in Nicholasville, was arrested Aug. 20 for public intoxication (excluding alcohol).

­— James M. Locker, 29, of 115 Floyd Court in Nicholasville, was arrested Aug. 20 for theft of mail matter.

­— James C. Barnes, 39, of 1801 York Road in Lexington, was arrested Aug. 20 for non-payment of court fees.

­— Barry Wayne Bell, 62, of 413 N. Fourth St. in Danville, was arrested Aug. 20 for contempt of court.

­— Christopher W. Bottoms, 39, of 2305 Jessamine Station in Nicholasville, was arrested Aug. 20 for failure to appear.

­— Timothy Blackford, 48, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested Aug. 20 for failure to appear.

­— Aaron Mcwhorter, 25, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested Aug. 20 for failure to appear.

­— Steven Hicks, 39, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested Aug. 20 for theft by unlawful taking under $500, third-degree criminal mischief, fraudulent use of a credit card under $500 and being a fugitive from another state.

­— Eugene Walker, 58, of 309 Rebel Road in Nicholasville, was arrested Aug. 21 for DUI.

­— John C. Burns, 24, of 222 S. Walnut St. #206 in Wilmore, was arrested Aug. 21 for fraudulent use of a credit card after report lost or stolen.

­— Isiah Frye, 21, address unknown, was arrested Aug. 21 for alcohol intoxication in a public place and possession of marijuana.

­— Justin Timothy Collier, 28, of 218 Catherman Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested Aug. 21 for a Fayette County warrant.

­— Johnny Lee Powell, 60, of 307 E. Brown St. in Nicholasville, was arrested Aug. 22 for DUI and possession of an alcoholic container in a motor vehicle.

­— Kimber Garrett, 29, address unknown, was arrested Aug. 22 for fourth-degree assault.

­— Kaitlin M. Becknell, 27, of 542 New Haven Road in Lancaster, was arrested Aug. 22 for non-payment of court costs.

­— Brittany R. Smith, 21, of 210 S. Central Ave. in Nicholasville, was arrested Aug. 22 for non-payment of court costs.

­— Aubree Duechle, 36, of 160 Oak Valley Road in Irvine, was arrested Aug. 22 for DUI.

­— Jodi Smith, 31, of 1012 Georgetown Road in Lexington, was arrested Aug. 22 for failure to appear.
