Homecoming at Wesley Chapel UMC

Wesley Chapel UMC will celebrate homecoming Sept. 9. Sunday school will begin at 10 a.m., with worship following at 11 a.m. A potluck lunch will start at noon, with music to follow. Pollard Day at Mt. Beulah

Mt. Beulah UMC, located at 1781 River Road, will host Pollard Day at 4 p.m. Sept. 8. The event will feature food, a bake-off contest, prizes, fellowship and southern gospel music. Capital City Boys Quartet will be in concert at 6 p.m. Baked items need to be presented by 4:15 p.m. for judging. Everyone is welcome.

Trama-affected child seminar at Wilmore Free Methodist

Wilmore Free Methodist Church will host a seminar for teachers, administrators and children’s ministry leaders from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday. Helping Hands Ministry hosts bake, yard sale
