Lexington man charged with public intoxication after leaving hospital

Brandon Edward Waites, 22, of 3608 Bold Bidder Road in Lexington, was arrested on Feb. 13 for public intoxication, according to a citation issued by the Nicholasville Police Department.

Officers were dispatched to Saint Joseph Hospital in reference to an allegedly intoxicated person trying to leave the premises. Waites had been transported by EMS to the hospital earlier after allegedly experiencing an overdose, according to the citation.

Once arriving at the hospital, Waites refused EMS treatment and signed paperwork to be released. At this time, Waites was allegedly no longer a patient at the hospital and was described as manifestly under the influence and having very lethargic speech, unsteady on his feet and was a danger to himself and others.

Waites was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center.

Nicholasville man arrested for DUI after drinking ‘a lot of beers’

Scott Dwayne Tillery, 46, of 572 Southbrook Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested in Feb. 14 for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, according to a citation issued by the Nicholasville Police Department.

After reports of a vehicle driving all over the road and almost striking another vehicle, officers observed Tillery’s vehicle running with the brake lights activated.

Upon making contact with Tillery, he appeared to be under the influence, had trouble exiting the vehicle and needed to hold onto the vehicle to remain standing, according to the citation.

When asked if he had anything to drink, Tillery allegedly told officers that he “had a lot of beers.” After a field sobriety test was requested Tillery allegedly told officers that “I’ve had too much to drink and drive.”

Breathalyzer test resulted in .179. Tillery was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

Nicholasville man arrested for possession of methamphetamine

William P. Hammons, 39, of 135 East Showalter Drive, was arrested on Feb. 16 for a first offense possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), according to a citation issued by the Nicholasville Police Department.

Upon a search to arrest Hammons on three outstanding warrants, a small baggie of suspected methamphetamine was located inside Hammons front jacket pocket. Upon locating the baggie, Hammons allegedly told officers that it was methamphetamine. Hammons was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

Nicholasville man arrested for possession of controlled substance

Hardin Christison, 56, of 113 Kingsway Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 17 for possession of a controlled substance, according to a citation issued by the Nicholasville Police Department.

After being placed under arrest for an out of county warrant, officers approached the front door and Christison allegedly fled down the hallway. Upon making contact with Christison he was informed that he was being placed under arrest and allegedly put his hand in his right pocket, according to the citation.

A search incident allegedly revealed a small clear bag containing five yellow capsule shaped pills which Christison allegedly identified as Lortan. Officers contacted poison control who confirmed the pills were acetaminophen/hydrocodone.

Christison was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

Nicholasville man arrested on three charges for weapon, drug possession

Timothy L. Burress, 29, of 116 Wichita Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 18 for carrying a concealed weapon, promoting contraband and trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), according to a citation issued by the Nicholasville Police Department.

Officers made contact with Burress while conducting a traffic stop on US27 near Cartown Kia where Burress was arrested for an out of county warrant. During a search officers allegedly located brass knuckles in Burress’ back pocket as well as a large amount of cash, according to the citation. After being asked if he had anything else on him, Burress allegedly told officers no and was then transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center.

Upon a search conducted by jail staff, a red bag containing suspected methamphetamine was found. Burress allegedly told officers there was 1 gram of methamphetamine per bag, with officers locating seven bags total. Burress further allegedly advised officers the money was his girlfriends, which was approximately $300, according to the citation.

Nicholasville man arrested for public intoxication

Kurtis McCoy, 28, of 305 Biloxi Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 18 for public intoxication, according to a citation issued by the Nicholasville Police Department.

McCoy was observed allegedly stumbling towards Fazoli’s in the Walmart parking lot. McCoy could allegedly not stand still and was stumbling when he would walk, according to the citation.

McCoy was allegedly a danger to himself because he allegedly could not walk and was stumbling appearing to be uneasy on his feet and was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center.

— David Brown, 26, of 400 Imperial Pointe in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 12 for failure to appear.

— Eric Shearer, 29, of 115 Greenbriar in Lexington, was arrested on Feb. 12 for non-payment of court costs, fees or fines, theft by unlawful taking or disposition pocketpicking $500 or more but under $10,000, probation violation for felony offence, theft by unlawful taking under $500.

— Dennie None Huff, 25, was arrested on Feb. 12 for theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting $500 or more but under $10,000 and criminal trespassing-3rd degree.

— Austin King, 34, of 410 Hartley Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 12 for failure to appear.

— Ashilee Monegaue, 36, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested on Feb. 12 for failure to appear.

— Cherish E Dennie, 34, of 6035 Ashgrove in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 13 for failure to appear.

— Mustic Adams, 29, of 325 Young Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb.13 for failure to appear.

— Michael Richardson, 45, of 412 Nottaway Dr in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 13 for failure to appear.

— Reagan Rooney-Flour, 31, of 6035 Ashgrove in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 13 for burglary, 1st degree and failure to appear.

— Amber Doolin, 28, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested on Feb. 13 for receiving stolen property valued under $10,000, theft by unlawful taking or disposition under $500 and fraud using credit card under $500

— David Wayne Miller, 60, of 1171 E. Hickman Road in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 14 for theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting under $500.

— Morris Gill, 28, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested on Feb. 14 for failure to appear.

— Jermaine L. Christian, 36, of 203 Maple Leaf Lane in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 14 for assault, 4th degree dating violence (no visible injury).

— Davisn W. Dwsmove, 47, of 109 Wichita Drive #22 in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 14 for contempt.

— Danielle Nichole Miller, 25, of 196 Railroad St. in Junction City, was arrested on Feb. 15 for contempt of court, libel and slander, resistance to order and failure to appear.

— Cois William Peel, 49, of 303 Rebel Road in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 15 by an out-of-county warrant.

— Charles A. Jennette, 26, of 232 Strawberry Lane in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 15 for flagrant non-support.

— Steven Welch, 25, of 2110 Shun Pike in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 15 for failure to appear and non-payment of fines.

— Ronnie L. Frye, 34, of 202 Maple Leaf Lane in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 15 for failure to appear.

— Gavy Slony, 50, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested on Feb. 15 for receiving stolen property under $10,000.

— Heather Fugate, 35, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested on Feb. 15 for failure to appear.

— John Begley, 48, of 301 Foxwood Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 16 for non-payment of court costs, fees or fines.

— Dominique Tucker, 26, of 701 Elmwood Court in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 16 for failure to appear.

— Christina Marie Hamill, 31, of 9 Gardin Cir. in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 16 for failure to appear.

— Summer Ragan, 32, of 287 Grinder Court in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 16 for registration plates and failure to maintain required insurance.

— William P. Hammons, 39, of 135 E Showalter Drive in Georgetown (Scott Co.), was arrested on Feb. 16 for failure to appear and contempt of court, libel and slander and resistance to order.

— William L. Alexander, 22, of 1872 Gravel Lick Br. in Berea, was arrested on Feb. 16 for failure to appear.

— John Tantarri, 37, of 141 Cypress St. in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 17 for assault, 4th degree (domestic violence) minor injury.

— Hardin Christison, 56, of 113 Kingsway Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 17 for failure to appear.

— Debbie L. Means, 55, of 3482 Landsdown Drive, #88 in Lexington, was arrested on Feb. 17 for theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting under $500 and failure to appear.

— Charles Roberts, 43, of 112 Magnolia Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 17 for non-payment of court costs, fees or fines.

— Timothy L. Burress, 29, of 116 Wichita Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 18 for failure to appear.

— Scott Morgan Jennings, 36, of 220 Millhouse Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 18 for failure to appear.

— Sean Kelly, 47, of 108 Burnside Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 18 for show cause – contempt.

— Tonda East, also known as Tonda Talcott, 49, of 73 Leeder Cir. in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 18 for failure to appear and failure to pay.

— Robert Penman, 23, of 373 Hartley Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 18 for out-of-county warrant.

— James Gill, 40, of 73 Leeder Circle in Nicholasville, was arrested on Feb. 18 for failure to appear.

— John Poston, 36, of 107 Collins Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested for prohibited blood alcohol content.
