A weekly meeting for parents like you! Parenting without a Partner. Everyone is welcome! Meal provided with a laid-back atmosphere. Lots of time for eating and talking while kids of all ages have something to do.  Donation suggested.

Monday, Feb. 5

Preschool Time!

10 a.m.

A skill-based play group helping families engage in a little edu-fun every day. Our Monday morning meeting allows parents to help their children (ages 3 to 6) with early literacy, math, and science both gross and fine motor skills. Giving them ideas to try at home. Donation suggested.

Crunch Time!


Join our natural parenting playgroup each Monday for conversation, support and information. This is a great place for those curious about natural childbirth, breastfeeding, babywearing, cloth diapering or other natural parenting practices. Donation suggested

Wednesday, Feb. 7

Play Time!

10 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

All types of caregivers, all ages of kids, all kinds of fun. Each month is a new theme for the play area so there’s always something and someone new. Feel free to bring a friend. This month it’s National Pediatric Dental month. Toys, puzzles, books and games all reflect a teeth and dental theme. Donation suggested.

Thursday, Feb. 8

Zumba (with your Littles)

9:30 a.m.

Everyone welcome but especially parents of little children will enjoy the nearby play area. Don’t let anything keep you from your New Year’s fit goals! Donation suggested.

Flex with Aureol!

11 a.m.

Open House for those who haven’t been before. A great way to check out FLEX! and get questions answered. The FLEX classes part of Silver Sneakers program are led by Aureol. An experienced teacher of this senior adult exercise program, she has many years of group exercise/Zumba/line dance, and other forms of movement teaching under her belt. Classes will meet every Tuesday and Thursday from 11:00 to 11:45 a.m. For more information call Aureol at 859-327-8130, or contact the Family Center.

Night Owls Time!

6:15 p.m. – 7:45 p.m. 

Make Memories, Make Crafts! Join “The Night Owls” group at the as we plan your Craft, provide supplies and clean up. Find support for your journey, monthly programs from the County Extension Office, Family Craft Nights, and make some time to unwind while the kids play. Donation suggested.
