The Jessamine County Public Library, in partnership with Jessamine County Judge/Executive David West and the Jessamine County Early Learning Village held another Literacy Bell Celebration for the youngest new readers in the county on Saturday. Anyone interested in having their child participate in the next Literacy Bell Celebration can contact the library for sign-up information and dates.
