The Jessamine Career and Technology Center FCCLA (Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America) chapter attended the FCCLA regional fall meeting in Lawrenceburg on Sept. 28, 2017.

Regional Vice President of Competitive Events Katie Bruner and Regional Vice President of Membership Hannah Kimmel conducted officer training sessions. In addition, Alexa Meza, state vice president of public relations, conducted a membership session.

All chapter officers attended and received training in their perspective office. Jennifer Mynear was the keynote speaker of the day, and she informed the region of ways to spread joy through Jarrett’s Joy Cart.
