Victims Advocacy Program asks for school supply donations
The Victims Advocacy Program in Jessamine County will be sponsoring a collection of school supplies for school-aged children in need in Jessamine County during the month of July. Donations can be dropped off at the Victims Advocacy Program office located at 113 Court Row or at the County Judge Executive’s Office at the Jessamine County Court House located at 101 N. Main Street in Nicholasville. Items needed include:

• Spiral notebooks
• Pocket folders
• Sheet protectors
• Three-ringed binders
• Pens
• Highlighters
•Composition notebooks
• Colored pencils
• Crayons
• Hand sanitizer
• Kleenex
• Calculators
• Glue sticks
• Elmer’s school glue
• Fiskars scissors
• No. 2 pencils
• Graft paper
• Markers
• New or gently-used backpacks
