—Edgewood Baptist Church located on 717 S. Main Street in Nicholasville will host Vacation Bible School from 6 to 8:30 p.m. on June 12 – 16 for children in fourth and fifth grade. Call 859-885-6211 for more information or if you need a ride. 

—Edgewood Baptist Church will welcome Rev. Samuel Schmidt as its sixth pastor on Sunday, June 18.

—Providence Christian Church, 101 Providence Way, hosts a “Bodies in Motion” low-impact exercise class every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10 to 11 a.m.

—Walking With Love’s Laundry Love ministry is offered every third Tuesday of the month at 5 p.m. at Wildcat Laundry, 630 Edgewood Drive.

—Free meal offered from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. every Saturday at 303 W. Maple Street in the Community Center of Nicholasville United Methodist Church.
