—The new pastor at Edgewood Baptist Church, Rev. Samuel Schmidt will be visiting Edgewood on June 3 and 4 to meet the church family and friends. Everyone is invited at 10:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 4 when Rev. Schmidt will be preaching at the morning service.

—“Intercessors for America” will meet on the last Tuesday of each month from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. on the Jessamine County Courthouse lawn beginning in April and through the warmer weather. For more information, contact Pastor Terry Moore at 553-3563.

—A prayer meeting will be hosted every Wednesday at 10:45 a.m. at Sonlight Fellowship Church of God at 216 E. Oak St. Everyone is welcome.

—Providence Christian Church, 101 Providence Way, hosts a “Bodies in Motion” low-impact exercise class every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10 to 11 a.m.

—Walking With Love’s Laundry Love ministry is offered every third Tuesday of the month at 5 p.m. at Wildcat Laundry, 630 Edgewood Drive.

—Walking With Love Food Pantry at 220 Edgewood Drive is open from 12 to 2 p.m. and from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. every Wednesday.

—Free meal offered from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. every Saturday at 303 W. Maple Street in the Community Center of Nicholasville United Methodist Church. To gain information about volunteering or donating, please call the church office at 859-885-4481 and inquire about Manna Meals.
