— The Apostolic Fellowship Holiness Church will host a yard sale at 8 a.m. on Saturday, May 20 in the Faulkner and Fain parking lot across from the church.

—The Pastor Search Team is excited to announce that a call has been extended to Rev. Samuel Schmidt to become the new pastor at Edgewood Baptist Church in Nicholasville. The Schmidts will be visiting Edgewood on June 3 and 4 to meet the church family and friends. Everyone is invited to Edgewood at 10:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 4 when Rev. Schmidt will be preaching at the morning service. 

—First Assembly of God, will host The “Intercessors of America on the last Tuesday of each month from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. on the Jessamine County Courthouse lawn beginning in April and through the warmer weather. For more information, contact Pastor Terry Moore at 553-3563.

—A prayer meeting will be hosted every Wednesday at 10:45 a.m. at Sonlight Fellowship Church of God at 216 E. Oak St. Everyone is welcome.

—Saint Athanasius Orthodox Church, 100 Lime Lane, offers free bread supplied by Panera Bread to those in need every Sunday from 12:30 to 1:15 p.m.

—Providence Christian Church, 101 Providence Way, hosts a “Bodies in Motion” low-impact exercise class every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10 to 11 a.m.

—Walking With Love’s Laundry Love ministry is offered every third Tuesday of the month at 5 p.m. at Wildcat Laundry, 630 Edgewood Drive.

—Walking With Love Food Pantry at 220 Edgewood Drive is open from 12 to 2 p.m. and from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. every Wednesday.

—Free meal offered from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. every Saturday at 303 W. Maple Street in the Community Center of Nicholasville United Methodist Church.
