• Charles Barribeau — second-degree assault

• Derek M. Kirk and Lauren A. Cobb — second-degree criminal possession of forged instrument

• Franklin Rydell and Sandra Toomey — first-degree possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia (Rydell)

• Jassen Todd Tipton and Jennifer Lamb — first-degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking, firearm (two counts), theft by unlawful taking, $500 or more, second degree POF (Tipton)

• Jonathan Adair — first-degree promoting contraband

• Chris Denny — second-degree burglary

• Timothy Gill — first-degree fleeing or evading the police and first-degree wanton endangerment (three counts)

• Timothy Gill — receiving stolen property over $500 and receiving stolen property, firearm

• Virgil Preston — first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia

• Bradley Turner — first-degree possession of a controlled substance

• Michael Bentley — this case was not presented and should be rescheduled for the April 26, 2017, docket
