• Michael S. Walden, 37, unknown address, Nicholasville, was arrested Feb. 2 at Elmwood Court and charged with public intoxication of a controlled substance (excluding alcohol), first-degree possession of a controlled substance (heroin) and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (opiates).
• Brian K. Hooser, 44, 175 Old Saw Mill Road, was arrested Feb. 2 at Edgewood Plaza Drive and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.
• Padrick Dean, 36, unknown address, was arrested Feb. 1 at Keene Road and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.
• Sebastian O. Streeval, 19, 509 B Miles Road, was arrested Jan. 31 at S Central Avenue near Holiday Drive and charged with fourth-degree assault.
• Brandon L. Guynn, 35, 117 Birch Drive, was arrested Jan. 29 at South Main Street and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.
• David L. Smith, 37, 208 Midland Place, Danville, was arrested Feb. 3 at East Brannon Road and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.
• Trent R. Davis, 24, 1301 West Lane, was arrested Feb. 4 at N. Main Street and Barnes Street and charged with theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting under $500.
• Mary F. Davis, 62, 404 Virginia Lane, was arrested Feb. 4 at S York Street and Maple Street and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.
• John H. Whitaker, 56, 1017 Allison Circle, was arrested Feb. 4 at S. York Street and Maple Street and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.
• Joey P. Barkley, 23, 801 E. Brannon Road, was arrested Feb. 4 at Kohls and charged with theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting under $500.
• Jamel A. Sleet, 26, 1423 Scenic Club Drive, Westerville, Ohio, was arrested Feb. 6 at Imperial Point and charged with second-degree assault.
• Modesto R. Hernandes, 23, 500 Beaufort Place, was arrested Feb. 5 at the home address and charged with no operating license of a moped, possession of open container in a motor vehicle and operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.
• Danny O. Land, 21, 121 Griffin Drive, was arrested Feb. 5 at North Main Street and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc and speeding 22 mph over the limit.
The Nicholasville Police Department served 15 warrants.
