Fillo sausage cups to fill your soul

Recipe by my Grandma Decker 

My grandmother, mamaw, is an excellent cook. The day after Christmas, we had breakfast at her house and she made these fillo sausage cups — amazing to say the least.

They are great for appetizers but can be so addicting. 

From my family to yours enjoy these simple but amazing fillo sausage cups. 


One pound hot/mild sausage 

One bag (2 cups) Colby and Monterey shredded cheese 

One small bottle (about one cup) Ranch dressing

Four boxes of fillo dough cups


Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Brown sausage and drain fat.

Mix sausage with shredded cheese and ranch. 

Preheat oven or toaster oven to 350ºF.
