—Jessamine County Public Library will host Intro to JCPL Creative Space from 6 to 6:45 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 5.

During this class, attendees will learn about JCPL’s Creative Space. Policies and procedures of the space will be covered as well as a brief introduction to software used with the 3D printers and laser cutter. At the end of class, attendees will be given the opportunity to agree to the written policy for use of the Creative Space (juveniles must have a parent or guardian attend with them and sign the agreement) and schedule a time for the second part of the Creative Space training.
