Ray Fayne

Ray D. “Dicky” Fayne, 80, widower of Ruth Callahan Fayne, passed Sunday, November 27, 2016. He was born December 3, 1935 in Jessamine County to the late Ray Doyle and Helen Taylor Butler. Family survivors are four children, Katina Jessen, Amanda Fayne, Curtis Ray (Samantha) Fayne and Paul (Loraine) Perkins,; a sister, Sharmane Tate; nine grandchildren; three great grandchildren and other family members. He was also preceded in death by a son, Ray Dixon Fayne; a sister, Norma Floyd and a brother, Jerry Fayne. Service will be 1:30 p.m. on Friday at Betts & West Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home. The Patriot Guard will serve as bearers.
