Shots fired at local gas station

The Nicholasville Police Department came upon a fight at the Five Star gas station located on South Main Street in Nicholasville around 3 a.m. on Tuesday. The encounter resulted in four arrests.
Four men were fighting when a handgun was discharged. Only one man received a hand injury.
The investigation is still ongoing, Sgt. Harvey of the Nicholasville Police Department said.
Eric Cannady, 18, fired the handgun, and was charged with disorderly conduct, first-degree wanton endearment and first-degree assault. Montai Matthews, 21, was charged with disordlery conduct, receiving a stolen firearm, concealed carry of a deadly weapon and possession of marijuana. Richard Philon, 19, was charged with disorderly conduct. Jamison Ratliff, 25, the man injured in the incident, was charged with disorderly conduct.
