Indictments published Nov. 17

The Jessamine County grand jury convened Wednesday, Nov. 9, and returned the following indictments and results in open court on that day:

•Hubert Bowling — manufacturing methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia

•James Gayheart — second-degree criminal possession of forged instruments (four counts)

•LaDonna Hacker — first-degree wanton endangerment (four counts)

•Michael McCurry — first-degree criminal mischief; first-degree wanton endangerment

•Ronnie Porter and Joseph Curtis — second-degree criminal possession of a forged mischief (two counts each)

•Jeremy Collins — speeding, 20 MPH over limit; failure to maintain required insurance/security; trafficking in marijuana, more than 8 ounces and less than 5 pounds; first-degree persistent felony offender

•Theresa Crank – operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; first-degree possession of a controlled substance; Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security 

•Tommie M. Laibenheimer — first-degree promoting contraband 

•Lawrence Miller — first-degree promoting contraband

•Branden E. Oslonian — operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; first-degree possession of a controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia

•Margaret Pittman — second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument 

•Robert Simpson — first-degree possession of a controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia; tampering with physical evidence; carrying a concealed deadly weapon

•David Warner, Jr. — receiving stolen property, firearm; convicted felon in possession of a firearm.
