• Charles Brown — flagrant nonsupport.

• Duane Dorsey and James Jones — Theft by unlawful taking; $500 or more; first-degree persistent felony offender (Jones).

• Joshua Murphy — theft by unlawful taking, $500 or more.

• Jeremy Ramsey — first-degree trafficking in controlled substance; first-degree persistent felony offender. 

• Kayla Wheeler — driving under the influence; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.

• Christopher Carl — theft by unlawful taking, $500 to more. 

• Ronald Grupka — theft by unlawful taking, $500 or more. 

• Kelly Heflin — first-degree promoting contraband.

• Thomas Ray Johnson — first-degree criminal possession of forged instrument; theft by unlawful taking, under $500; first-degree persistent felony offender. 

• Chevay Mackillop — first-degree possession of a controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia.
