Letter to the Editor | Thanks, Russ Meyer, for your life of service
Published 2:22 pm Wednesday, October 12, 2016
Dear Editor,
My dad, Wayne Smith, once said “You make a living by what you get; you make a life by what you give.”
Russ Meyer has a heart for public service and for people. As a long time family friend, I have evidenced this over the years.
He is a man of good character, Christian values and he speaks for the born and the unborn.
His past experience serving for many years as a Commissioner, as our Mayor and as State Representative have given him the wisdom to continue working for the people of Jessamine County in the 39th District.
I want to thank Russ for his life of service and for genuinely caring about the people of our community.
Thanks Russ!
