Compiled by Gillian Stawiszynski. The Nicholasville Police Department reported the following arrests between December 18 – December 30. They are matters of record and not indications of guilt or innocence.

 

December 18

  • Jordan Blasdell – Failure to appear in court. Fleeing or evading police 2nd-degree. Reckless driving. Operating on a suspended or revoked license. No registration plates.
  • Christopher Fletcher – Probation violation (for felony offense). 
  • Imanee Shamia Richard – Criminal abuse 2nd-degree–child 12 or under.
  • Christopher Fletcher – Failure to appear in court.

December 19

  • Gregory L. Isaacs – Strangulation 1st-degree non-domestic violence.

 

December 20

  • William Joseph Sanchez – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. 
  • Joshua Quintel Clemons – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle is prohibited. 

 

December 23

  • James Matthew Thompson – Assault 4th-degree (domestic violence) minor injury. 

 

December 26

  • Salena M Rojas – Public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol). 
  • Davyd Hopper – Contempt of court libel/slander resistance to order. 

 

December 27

  • Kyairah N. Prewitt – Leaving the scene of the accident-failure to render aid or assistance. No registration plates. No registration receipt. Failure of owner/operator to maintain required insurance. 

 

December 28

  • Logan Gray – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting. 
  • Delano Wayne Jackson – Alcohol Intoxication in a public place 1st and 2nd offense. 

 

December 29 

  • Carter B. Vaughn – Operating on a suspended or revoked license. 

 

December 30 

  • Alisha Willis – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting. 
  • Brandon Lekevis Baskin – Operating on a suspended or revoked operating license. Possession of Marijuana. Failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance.
