• Mount Lebanon United Methodist Church is hosting a revival with evangelist Dan Frederick on August 28th at 11:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., August 29th through August 31st at 7:00 p.m. The church is located at 1001 Mt Lebanon Pike in Nicholasville.

Registration for fall adult softball through  is now open. Forms can be found at the entrance to the Coolidge building. The deadline to register is Wednesday August 31st.

• Mark your calendars for the 1st Annual Barks & Bluegrass Festival on Sat. September 10th in Nicholasville, at the Jessamine County Fairgrounds. There will be lots of great music, a car show, vendors, food trucks and a silent auction. Tickets are only $25 at the gate! The gates open at 10 a.m. The car show & music start at noon.
